REIT DAO follows a clear and structured development model. The project is built in stages. Each stage strengthens the system and creates new opportunities for Contributors.
Stage 1 — Building the Real Estate Fund
At the first stage, REIT DAO focuses on building a diversified real estate portfolio. The fund will include properties in different countries. This provides geographic diversification and reduces risk.
The portfolio will combine:
- income-producing properties
- high-growth real estate assets
95% of all attracted capital is allocated to real estate acquisition.
Ownership rights are protected through legally structured SPV entities. All key decisions regarding asset management are made through DAO governance by Governance Contributors.
This ensures transparency, collective oversight, and long-term alignment of interests.
Stage 2 — Launching a New DeFi Instrument
At the second stage, REIT DAO introduces a new financial instrument for the DeFi ecosystem.
The DAO will issue real estate-backed tokens.
The model is simple.
REIT DAO calculates the total square meters of real estate held in the DAO fund.
Based on this amount, a corresponding number of QM tokens (QuadMeters) will be issued.
Each token represents an allocation linked to the real estate portfolio. This creates a clear economic foundation for the token value.
Liquidity and Yield Opportunities
Once the tokens are introduced, REIT DAO will launch liquidity programs.
Contributors will be able to provide liquidity and stake tokens in dedicated pools.
This allows Contributors to receive yield through DeFi mechanisms.
These liquidity pools support ecosystem growth and improve market accessibility.
Growing Demand
REIT DAO will not wait for the full completion of Stage 1.
The project plans to attract Contributors and build demand in advance. Applications will be collected as new properties are acquired and the real estate portfolio grows.
The number of QM tokens will be limited by the total amount of real estate managed by the DAO. As the portfolio expands, demand for these tokens is expected to grow.
Antifragile System Design
REIT DAO is not built as a typical startup experiment. The project follows a staged development model where each phase relies on proven tools and technologies.
The system combines:
